Q: How do you see the role of authorized distributors evolving in a digitally enabled fulfillment ecosystem?
These developments will enhance the serviceability, operational efficiency, and responsiveness of existing distributors, who are the backbone of HPCL’s LPG distribution network. Digital fulfillment models, including quick commerce and online platforms, are intended to complement the distributor ecosystem.
